Observership Programme

The observership programme is a short visit training programme that is offered to ENT & Neurosurgeons who wish to acquire advanced surgical techniques in Skull Base Surgery as well as to get involved in Research and Development.

WSBA takes 5 observers each year. In view of the large number of aspirants, applications are invited 6 months in advance. We follow a policy that is non discriminant and selection is by merit only. Interested applicants from any nationality can apply.

Observership positions are open for 2021-2022. The last date of application TBA We follow a policy that is merit based and non discriminatory. Interested applicants from any nationality can apply.
